Scott Byrom - Worship Arts Email:scott@ephratafirst.org Scott completed his M.A. degree in music from the University of South Dakota before becoming the Director of Worship Arts at First Church in March 2001. He oversees the music, drama, creative arts, and technology ministries, while coordinating the worship planning team, leading the LifeSource Praise Band and Gospel Choir, and directing the Worship Choir. Scott loves movies; all kinds of music; mountain and road biking; and spending time with his wife, Lisa, and new son, Joshua. |

Barb Foster - Adult Faith Formation Email:barb@ephratafirst.org Barb has been serving on First Church staff since April of 2000 after being actively involved as a volunteer for a number of years. Her first responsibilities focused on lay mobilization, but continued to expand and develop into her current role in adult faith formation. In her spare time Barb enjoys reading and staying connected with her husband Bob, three married children and five grandchildren! Barb graduated from Cornell University with a degree (BA) in Mathematics and worked in the Data Processing field for a few years before taking time off to be a full-time mom while their children were growing up. |

Kitty Brouse - Visitation Team Leader Email:kittybpn@ptd.net Kitty lives in East Earl with husband Dick who is retired from Ford New Holland. Married almost 49 years, has four grown and married children and six grandchildren ages 3 to 22. Was consecrated Diaconal Minister in Parish Nursing at Annual Conference in 1999. Served as Parish Nurse for twelve years at St. Paul's UMC- Terre Hill and St. Paul's UMC- Geigertown. Happy to be part of the ministry staff of First Church in the area of Shut In and Hospital visitation. |

Carol Denlinger - Administrative Assistant Email:carol@ephratafirst.org I have been employed at First Church since December of 2004 as an Administrative Assistant. I was previously employed as a part-time staff member for 12 years at the Ephrata Church of the Brethren. I am married to Eugene ("Beanie") and we have three daughters, Lindsey, a junior at Shippensburg University, Lauren, a senior at Ephrata High School and Lia an eighth grader at the Ephrata Middle School. |

Tina Snader - Children's Choir Director Tina has been with First Church since 1997. She graduated from Millersville University in 1993 with a BSE in Music Education and from Penn State University in 2001 with a Masters in Teaching and Curriculum. She serves as director of the Cherub Choir (age 3 to kindergarten) and the Music Maker's (grades 1 to 5). In addition, she teaches Sunday School and directs Vacation Bible School. When not at church she enjoys spending family time with her husband (Bryan) and her 3 children (Jessica, Jarod and Julia). |

Ron Gardiner - Organist Ron graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors in Music Education, and came to Ephrata First with over 35 years experience in music and church ministry. He's been a High School Band Director, as well as Organist, Director, and Accompanist for many churches and choruses. Ron is currently a District Sales Manager for Pearl River Piano Company, the world's largest piano factory, travelling a six state area. Ron and his wife, Robbie Sue, have 3 grown children - Hal, Ron Jr., and Johanna. In his spare time, he enjoys "surfing the net" for interesting information about music, and visiting his 5 grandchildren. |
